Return and Exchange Policy
At Lumière Paris, each creation is conceived as a timeless work of art — crafted with artisanal precision, selected metals and gemstones, and an absolute commitment to excellence.
Our policy has been structured to preserve the integrity of our jewelry and ensure an experience aligned with our standards.
1. Right of Withdrawal
For purchases made through our online boutique, the client may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the piece, in accordance with applicable legislation.
The request must be formally submitted within this period through our official customer service channel.
2. Eligibility Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the jewelry piece must:

Be intact, with no signs of use

Retain all security seals unbroken (when applicable)

Be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the certificate of authenticity, warranty, and invoice

Include all accessories and materials originally sent
Pieces showing signs of use, alterations, external polishing, or improper handling cannot be accepted.
3. Exclusive Creations
Customized, made-to-measure, engraved, or specially commissioned pieces represent singular creations produced exclusively for the client.
Due to their exclusive nature, they are not eligible for exchange or return, except in cases of manufacturing defects duly verified by our technical team.
4. Manufacturing Defect
If a manufacturing defect is identified, the request must be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt.
The piece will undergo a specialized technical evaluation conducted by our professionals. If confirmed, the client may choose:

Replacement with an identical piece (subject to availability)

Issuance of full store credit for a new purchase

Refund of the amount paid
If no manufacturing defect is confirmed, the piece will be returned to the client accompanied by a technical report.

6. Shipping Costs

In cases of withdrawal, return shipping will be covered by the store.

In cases of operational error or confirmed defect, all logistics costs will be fully covered by our jewelry house.
We recommend that shipments be made with insurance and tracking to ensure total security during transit.
7. Refund
Upon receipt and approval of the return:

Credit card: refund processed according to the card issuer’s timeframe

Pix or bank transfer: up to 5 business days

Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects
We offer a 12 (twelve) month warranty against any manufacturing defects, counted from the date the piece is received.
The warranty exclusively covers:

Issues related to the original assembly or stone setting
The warranty does not cover:

Natural wear resulting from use

Damage caused by misuse, drops, or impact

Alterations carried out by third parties

Contact with chemical or abrasive agents
10. International Warranty
Lumière Paris offers an International Warranty for its creations, reaffirming our global commitment to excellence, authenticity, and personalized service.
Our warranty is valid internationally, provided that:

The original invoice is presented

The Certificate of Authenticity and Warranty issued at the time of purchase is presented

The piece has not undergone interventions or modifications by third parties
If evaluation is required outside the country of purchase, the piece must be sent to our atelier or authorized technical center, according to the instructions provided by our customer relations team.
Any international logistics costs may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, especially when a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
